Appaon Service is an event and guest management platform that allows users to:

• Create and manage events
• Import contacts (including Google Contacts)
• Send invitations via SMS and email
• Track guest responses (RSVP)

3. User Responsibilities

• You must provide accurate information
• You are responsible for all activities under your account
• You must not misuse the platform for spam or illegal activities

4. Google Contacts Usage

If you choose to connect your Google account, Appaon Service will access your contacts only with your permission.

• We only read contact data (name, email, phone)
• We do not modify or delete contacts
• We do not use contact data for advertising
• Data is used only for event guest management

5. Communication & Notifications

By using our service, you agree that Appaon Service may send:

• Event-related notifications
• Guest invitations (triggered by you)
• System alerts

6. SMS Terms

Appaon Service, operated by Desh Capital LLC, sends event invitation texts only to guests who have agreed to receive them. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply HELP for help or STOP to opt out at any time.

7. Payment & Charges (If Applicable)

Some features may be paid. You agree to pay all applicable charges based on your usage.

8. Data & Privacy

Your use of Appaon Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. We take appropriate measures to protect your data.

9. Prohibited Activities

• Sending spam or unsolicited messages
• Using the platform for illegal purposes
• Attempting to breach system security

10. Service Availability

We strive to keep our service available at all times, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access.

11. Limitation of Liability

Appaon Service is not liable for any indirect or incidental damages resulting from the use of our platform.
